Cause
We have identified a misconfiguration in our email provider.
Email is sent from a shared IP address which causes individual emails to be blocked by certain email providers.
Impact
Invitation and/or confirmation emails are either delayed by several hours or don't arrive at all.
Measures
We have contacted our email provider and requested a dedicated sender IP address.
We're monitoring if this change solves the problem.
